Facilities and Corresponding Reports for 2002
Profile reports are available for 18 medical center service populations and 12 service areas. A given medical facility may not have its own report. Rather, it may be included in a profile that includes several facilities under one umbrella facility report.
The table below identifies all the Kaiser Permanente medical centers and outpatient medical facility service populations. It further identifies which medical center report contains information about outpatient clinic populations.
