Joshua T. Smith, PharmD

People

Joshua Smith, PharmD, CPPS, was a Delivery Science Fellow with an emphasis in Clinical Informatics at the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Division of Research. He received his bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside and his doctorate in pharmacy from the University of California, San Francisco. Smith completed postgraduate pharmacy residency training at Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa, and a second residency in Medication Safety at Kaiser Permanente Northern California. He is certified in Patient Safety by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
