Shannon N. Ogden, PhD, MPH, is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Kaiser Permanente Division of Research. Dr. Ogden’s research interests lie in the implementation and evaluation of policies and interventions that impact the health and well-being of women and LGBTQ+ individuals. Her research has focused on addressing intimate partner violence, substance use, mental health, and the integration of healthcare and social services.
Dr. Ogden completed a PhD in Health Services Research at Boston University School of Public Health. Her dissertation work utilized a mixed-methods approach to better understand the impacts of intimate partner violence on substance use behaviors and utilization of clinical and community-based services among women living with and without HIV. She received an MPH from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
