Jackie Roger, PhD, is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Division of Research at Kaiser Permanente Northern California. She earned her PhD in biological and medical informatics at UCSF and BS in bioinformatics and statistics at UC Santa Cruz.
Jackie is interested in healthcare quality as well as quality of life generally within the field of gynecology. Her PhD dissertation examined pain control during IUD insertion procedures. Her postdoctoral work focuses on menopausal hormone therapy: understanding symptom burden, exploring prescribing practices, and evaluating the utility of virtual care options for menopausal patients.
