The Chronic Renal Insufficiency Cohort (CRIC) Study Clinical Center at KPNC will continue long-term follow-up of existing participants with chronic kidney disease as well as new enrollment of KPNC members with milder degrees of renal impairment. The overall goals are to examine the links between different measures of renal dysfunction of a broad set of clinical and patient-centered outcomes, as well as prediction of adverse outcomes in the setting of chronic kidney disease.
