Comparing Effectiveness of Treating Depression With & Without Comorbidity to Improve Fetal Health

This study is to determine: 1) whether treating depression during pregnancy will reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy and pediatric outcomes; and 2) which treatment is more effective in reducing these risks.
