Genetic Investigations of Intracranial Aneurysm
This study involves human multi-ethnic genetic analyses to better understand the genetic etiology of intracranial aneurysm (IA). It will evaluate the contribution of rare pathogenic variants in well-established genes to monogenic disorders associated with IA; examine the role of genetic ancestry on IA risk and evaluate the association of known IA loci on different ethnic groups; and conduct genome-wide association analyses.
