The Health Delivery Systems Center for Diabetes Translational Research (CDTR) supports diabetes translational research through mentoring and supporting junior faculty, and by fostering collaborations between investigators and health care systems. This is a renewal grant to fund the Center for an additional five years. The CDTR is an infrastructure and training grant, and does not directly fund research studies.
