The objectives of the project are to: 1) design and incorporate a system-wide intervention to promote HPV vaccination among adolescent males and females aged 11-18 years, 2) implement the intervention, which should target providers, administrative and clinical staff, 3) assess vaccination coverage before and after the intervention is implemented, 4) administer surveys to providers, administrative and clinical staff and, optionally, to any other parties targeted or impacted (e.g., patients) by the intervention; and 5) based on evaluation findings, describe any additional system-wide options/interventions or refinements to the implemented intervention that might increase HPV vaccination in MCO settings.
